I have been dong a bit of my pass time as an “answer smith” on Yahoo answers. I noticed that I would come across the question, “how do I find someone with only a phone number?” I see the almost identical question, “how can I find someone with only a cell phone number?” It seems it is a common question. Now for a large part of the world, the answer is simply you cannot (with cell phones or mobile phones). There are the reverse cell phone lookup sites and reverse mobile lookup sits out there, but they do not help the large part of the world.
